1. Who we are

GlowUp Social ("we", "us") provides a social media marketing service and platform at glowupsocial.co — audience research, campaign management, targeting and analytics. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

2. Information we collect

Account details you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, city, and address. Social data: your Instagram handle and, if you connect your account, profile and analytics data (follower counts, media, and insights) obtained through Instagram's official Meta API. Payment data: processed by our payment provider, Paddle — we never see or store your full card details. Technical data: basic cookies and log data needed to run the site and keep your session secure.

3. How we use your data

We use your data solely to deliver the service you purchased: to create and secure your account, carry out the research and campaign work described in your brief, display your analytics, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with the providers that run our service: Paddle (payments and billing), Resend (transactional email such as verification codes), Supabase (secure database hosting), and Meta/Instagram (only via the official API, to deliver the service). Each processes data on our behalf.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, connections use TLS encryption, and access tokens are stored encrypted at rest.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To disconnect Instagram or request deletion of your data, use the in-app disconnect option or email us at hello@glowupsocial.co. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your selected plan. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
