1. About the service
GlowUp Social is a social media marketing service and platform. We provide audience research, campaign management, targeting research, performance analytics and marketing strategy for Instagram and TikTok. We work from the goals and brief you provide (niche, target audience, hashtags, competitors, and more). You retain full control of your own social media accounts and carry out your own posting and engagement.
2. What you are paying for
Your subscription pays for access to our marketing service and platform — the research, campaign management, analytics and reporting described on our site. You are not purchasing a fixed quantity of followers, likes, views or comments, and we do not sell or guarantee any specific increase in these metrics.
3. Payment & cancellation
The fee is determined by your selected plan and billed in advance (monthly or annually) through our payment provider, Paddle. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Account connection
If you choose to connect an Instagram account, you do so through Instagram's official Meta API solely so we can display analytics and audience insights to you. We do not ask for your password, we do not log in to your account, and we do not perform actions (such as following, liking, commenting or messaging) on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time.
5. What we do not do
We do not use bots, fake accounts, automation that violates platform rules, or click farms, and we do not sell or artificially generate followers, likes, views or engagement. Marketing results depend on your own content and activity, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Your data is used solely to deliver the service and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
